Best BMW workshop, very friendly staff 👍 There are many inconsistencies in the previous review, as battery terminal grease, like all greases and oils, is non-conductive! This recall was carried out perfectly in my case 👍

Since 2016, I've been an extremely satisfied customer of Moser's. I regularly serviced my 645i and X5 there (according to the maintenance schedules). I was always in excellent hands (price/performance ratio) with both vehicles and received active support with warranty issues. Although I've been a BMW driver for a very long time, I strayed for the last four years (Grand Cherokee SRT). Now I'm back with "my" brand (530d), and I'll gladly drive the 80 km each way to have my car perfectly serviced by the Moser team.

I've been a customer for about a year, driving about 130 km each way from Rosenheim to Kirchdorf/Inn... Why? Well, because I'm among the very satisfied customers. No matter what the issue, BMW Moser is absolutely reliable and offers excellent value for money. I've found the BMW partner I trust.

I had a recall work done on my E93 335i convertible. I was able to get my preferred appointment, the staff was very friendly, and the process was calm and professional. My car was handled with great care. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work, thank you.

Very friendly and courteous customer service. I needed help at short notice and didn't have to wait even 5 minutes before an employee came to look at my car. Even when it was clear that fixing the problem would require more work, it was taken care of immediately. Simply outstanding. This is what customer service should be like!

We've been bringing our BMWs to the Moser family for decades. Norbert Moser Sr. runs the business together with his two sons. We appreciate the calm and friendly manner of both the owners and all the employees. Problems are quickly identified and explained clearly, even for laypeople – sometimes even with a joint look under the vehicle on the lift. Appointments are arranged quickly and always kept. And all this at a reasonable price-performance ratio. It doesn't get any better than this!
